FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

It will take approximately 3 - 5 working days subject to shipping ability by the postal service, public holidays or other reasonable delays. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Depends with which shipping option you prefer, it will take approximately 4 - 10 working days subject to shipping ability by the postal service, public holidays or other reasonable delays. We offer different type of international shipping:

- Standard shipping is $10

- Express shipping is $15

- Free standard shipping for order above $100. 

A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

Please note: we use Australia Post for our domestic and international shipping, we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you an email confirming its despatch which will include a tracking number and or tracking link so that you can follow your order’s journey right from the moment it leaves us and arrives to you. However, we suggest that you can create an account with us to track your order and order history.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will refund you provided you return it within 14 days from the date you receive the item on the conditions that it is unworn and in its original condition with labels/stickers attached and with our original receipt provided to you by email. 

Sale items cannot be returned for refunds.

We recommend that you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.

OUR CUSTOMERS’ RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE

Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from OLU if the item is:

(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or

(b) not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or

(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;

And you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide OLU with proof of purchase, such as your original OLU receipt or bank statement.

If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.

OLU reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

OLU is aware of its responsibilities and rights under the Australian Consumer Law and its liability is limited by the provisions contained within the Australian Consumer Law.

OLU’S ‘CHANGE OF MIND’ POLICY

OLU is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or gift cards on items or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

However under our own OLU ‘change of mind’ policy, if you simply change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card of value equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:

(a) you return the item within 14 days from the date you receive it; and

(b) the item is unworn and in its original condition; and

(c) all original labels and stickers are attached to the item; and

(d) you provide an original OLU tax invoice as proof of purchase; and

(e) sale merchandise will only be exchanged, not refunded

The OLU ‘change of mind’ policy does not apply under any circumstances to purchases of the following items: earrings, cosmetics, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a gift card of equivalent value to the item, OLU is happy to do this for you.

OLU makes no warranties in relation to product compliance or suitability within any country outside of Australia in relation to importing or consumer regulations and such responsibilities are borne and accepted by the customer.

OLU makes no guarantees about specific delivery time or purchases and customers should be aware that delays caused on the part of the postal service are not the responsibility of OLU and OLU shall not accept any liability for delays caused by third party services.
